HDM Plant Control is a Manufacturing Execution System, MES, for industrial cocoa processing and liquid chocolate manufacturing. The range includes a basic version with semi-automatic control for small production plants and independent stages of production, up to a comprehensive overall plant control that integrates all production-relevant components. HDM Plant Control can be connected to the customer’s ERP system that ensures real-time communication along the entire process.

The Plant Control System consists of high-quality hardware and software that guarantee maximum production reliability. Customers can choose between various PLC-solutions and visualization concepts according to their individual demands.
Advantages and features of the plant control are, above all, higher transparency as well as faster, more efficient and safer processes. Furthermore, it features the traceability along the value-added process according to IFS and maximum security through user administration and a comprehensive alarm system.
